About Me

I’m a Toronto-based story artist and animator. Currently, I’m working as character designer and animator on “The Christmas Witch Trial of La Befana”, a Highball TV feature film based on an Italian folk tale. The film follows a group of children who kidnap the Christmas witch and put her on trial in protest against her yearly judgements of naughty or nice.

Before joining the world of animation, I worked in broadcast journalism for nearly a decade. I graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa with a Bachelor of Journalism. After moving back to Toronto, I worked at Global News – first as an editorial assistant, then as a writer, online reporter, and eventually associate producer for the national newscast.

In 2020, I took my visual storytelling experience from news to animation. I graduated from Seneca College’s Animation program. Now I enjoy teaming up with other artists looking to tell stories that make people smile.
